Viv Gallagher
Viv's passion for movement started from a young age with classical ballet and developed over the years as she studied various styles of dance, gymnastics, yoga and pilates.
Viv has more than 25 years' experience in the fitness industry and is a certified Group Fitness Master trainer, Personal Trainer, TRX, Barre, Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor. Viv has completed training in a variety of Pilates styles over her many years of teaching. Her classes reflect her versatility and experience ranging from New York Core workout-based reformer methods, Stability Plus, Pure Reformer and Yin Pilates certifications.
Committed to continuing education Viv has a strong interest in Women's health aging and is a certified Menopause coach. How to exercise effectively and in a way that is the most beneficial to our female bodies is Viv's key area of interest.
Viv founded Studio Three in 2013 with a strong commitment to providing high quality boutique fitness classes that set her clients up for success through individual care and attention to form.
Viv is a firm believer that in order to stick to a fitness routine, it must motivate, challenge mentally and physically and above all be something that you enjoy doing!
Simone Pegler
Simone began her Pilates journey over 20 years ago as a means to rehabilitate a neck injury. After enjoying the benefits of Pilates, and with a wealth of experience on board, she left the corporate world and trained via STOTT Pilates in Intensive Mat and Intensive Reformer as well as pre/postnatal Pilates. In addition, she has a BA in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business.
Simone has found her calling in Pilates, using her skills gained in teaching, experience in communications, her genuine love of people and positive attitude to inspire, motivate, and coach her clients to get the most out of Pilates, helping them to maintain a strong, balanced and flexible body. Her classes focus on a total body workout with layers and modifications to help clients to achieve their individual goals.
Debra Barrow
Growing up, sports were always a big part of Deb’s life with health and fitness her priority. Over the years Deb practiced many different forms of exercise before walking in the doors of Studio Three in 2018 as a client and discovering her passion for Pilates.
Thanks to the support and mentoring from Master trainer Meech and Studio Owner Viv, Deb was able to go from an enthusiastic student to an inspiring and very popular instructor with an international certification in Reformer Pilates. Deb has been teaching at Studio Three since 2022. Her goal as an instructor is to make every class fun and for her clients and for them to leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Ruchi Ahuja
Ruchi Ahuja is a Rehabilitation Coach, Clinical Pilates Instructor, and Creative Arts Therapist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Dance & Movement Studies from Emory University, USA.
Ruchi holds the esteemed STOTT Pilates Certification and her Master’s degree in Movement Therapy along with a Diploma in Clinical Pilates in 2020, focused on Pain Science, Injury Rehabilitation, and Health Psychology.
Ruchi has joined the Studio Three team as a Clinical Pilates Instructor and Rehabilitation Specialist. A Person-Centered, Holistic, and Evidence-based approach guides her work. Ruchi specialises in Chronic Pain Rehabilitation and is enthusiastic about getting people stronger! She is passionate about helping individuals cultivate empowerment, autonomy, and freedom in their bodies through movement and exercise.
Exploring the interconnectedness and limitless potential of the body and mind is her privilege and joy!
Phoebe Jeurissen
Phoebe first started with Studio Three in 2013. She is a comprehensively trained and certified Barre, Reformer, HIIT Pilates, Pre and Postnatal trained, TRX and Pilates Stick Instructor.
Her initial teaching journey began over 10 years ago with Xtend Barre. She has since upskilled across multiple various education entities through to Polestar Pilates Reformer training.
Phoebe has worked internationally as a pilates instructor, professional dancer and co-founded The Method NZ which provides training and upskilling to fitness instructors in Aotearoa.
Phoebe has taught in some of Sydney's top barre studios and is passionate about delivering high quality, safe and effective workouts to her clients.
When she’s not moving in the studio she’s often travelling abroad in the sales arena for work.
Movement is medicine in Phoebe's life and she cannot wait to share it with you.
Amy Stewart
Amy has been a jazz and ballet dancer her whole life & blending this with her love for fitness, teaching Barre is the perfect combination!

Amy is a certified Pilates Mat and Barre and TRX instructor. She also enjoys weight-training, having competed in 8 bodybuilding shows in NZ and Australia, and holding the national title of WFF Miss Fitness NZ in 2018.

Amy is a professional dancer with Finesse Entertainment and juggles teaching group fitness & performing alongside her day job at My Food Bag, which supports her passion for nutrition and wellness. She is also a breast cancer survivor, with fitness playing a major part in her physical and mental recovery!

Amy believes fitness should be fun and there's a 'fit' for everyone. She loves helping people find what workouts they enjoy - movement shouldn't be a chore!
Nicole Marie
Nicole's fitness journey began when she started dancing at the age of 15. From then on, it became a pillar in her life. She was selected to represent NZ at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, coming away with 4 silver medals in dance. Nicole went on to gain a degree in dance and work professionally as a dancer, she discovered Barre, became a certified Barre instructor and is passionate about sharing the benefits of this dance inspired workout!
Nicole works full time as a performer and teacher. She is also a fully certified Pilates Reformer instructor with STOTT Pilates. Nicole is passionate about dance and fitness and is excited to share her knowledge.
Cat Fawett
Cat began dancing at the age of 5, studying ballet, contemporary and jazz and went on to The National Ballet school to train full time.
Cat was first introduced to Pilates reformer as part of her professional dance training and has been a huge fan of Pilates ever since and is a firm believer in its benefits for athletes, weekend warriors and everyone in between.
Cat has performed on stage and screen as well as being a fully qualified Barre, Pilates and Dance instructor. Cat has gained certifications through Suna and Reform Pilates in Auckland along with Barre Body in Australia and has been teaching in Auckland for several years now.
Cat's knowledge, musicality, and love of movement shine through in her teaching style.
Kerry-Lyn Fletcher
Kerry is a RYT 500hr registered yoga teacher, has a Diploma in Fitness, is ISSA certified and holds a BSc in Human Nutrition.
After 16 years of working within the corporate sector of pharmaceutical and natural health industry, Kerry has found her way back ‘home’ to her lifelong interest in movement for physical and mental wellbeing. Today she teaches various styles of movement and mindfulness practices.
Kerry’s classes are a combination of gentle stretching, mindful movement and breath awareness to support nervous health, aid in muscle recovery and work into deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue.
Recently, Kerry discovered Pilates reformer and barre at Studio Three. She had an instant attraction! and began to experience physical benefits; igniting her passion to keep growing and learning and exploring movement that is supportive to age and life stages.
Loren Whitehead
Loren’s passion for health and fitness, and love of dance, inspired her to train with TheMethod NZ to become a certified Barre instructor.
Loren danced throughout her childhood and has always engaged in sport/fitness of various forms. She loves to challenge her body and feel strong!
Pamela Sidhu
Pamela was first introduced to yoga during her professional dance training at the New Zealand School of Dance. During her studies and since graduating she has worked with Black Grace Dance Company, The New Zealand Dance Company, The Lion King(Australian tour) and the Lion King (Netherlands.)
Throughout her career, Pamela continued to develop a strong and personal yoga practice which shes believes has sustained the health of her body and mind. Preventing injuries; assisting with muscle recovery; and offering a place of refuge, from the fast pace of everyday life, to slow down and reconnect.
To take her practice further, she completed a YTA 200hr yoga teacher training in Spain with Frog Lotus Yoga. She continued to each in Europe and loves that she now gets to invite and guide others to journey on the same thoughtful inquiry of their bodies and minds.
